Delete Your QooKey Account
You can delete your QooKey account and data at any time, without reinstalling the app.
How it works
- Tap Delete my account below and sign in with your mobile number (you’ll get a one-time code by SMS).
- Confirm the deletion. Your account is deactivated straight away.
- You have 30 days to change your mind: just sign in to the app again to cancel.
- After 30 days, your account, profile, vehicles, posts, chats, Office Book records, documents and location history are permanently deleted.
What we keep: only what the law requires, such as invoice and payment records for tax purposes, and records needed for an open dispute or fraud prevention.
You can also delete your account inside the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account & data
We may change this policy at any time. The latest version is always published at https://qookey.com/privacy-policy, with the date it was last updated at the top. Where the law requires it, we will let you know about a significant change in a reasonable way. By continuing to use QooKey after a change is published, you accept the updated policy.
