No. QooKey coordinates vehicle movement between rental vendors and drivers. No passengers, no ride-hailing.
Do my customers need the app?
No. Your customers don't need the app. They just get a live tracking link. They never book through QooKey.
When do I pay commission?
Only when a physical vehicle job, a pickup, drop, transfer or rental, is completed and both sides mark it finished. Rates are shown in the app.
Is Free Lift really free?
Yes, always. It's a free lift from one driver to another.
Can I use it with my own staff?
Yes. Invite your drivers and staff, assign jobs and see who is doing what.
Which areas does it cover?
Goa first. More areas open as vendors and drivers join.
Android or iOS?
Android first. iOS is coming next.
Is my phone number private?
Yes. Numbers are shared only after both sides confirm a deal.
Does QooKey handle the rental payment?
No. The price for a job is agreed between vendor and driver in chat. QooKey never touches the money between you and your customer.
Can two bookings clash on one vehicle?
No. Office Book blocks overlapping hours on the same number plate, and only one job can be active per vehicle at a time.
